You can compete with Artificial Intelligence or play with a friend. The playing field is randomly created at the beginning of every game and consists of 3 to 5 rows, each containing from 1 to 9 objects.
On this site, you can play the misère variant: the winner is the player who leaves the last object on the playing field for their opponent.
“THE LAST PLANET.”
We have recently introduced a major upgrade to NimPlayer. While keeping the original rules of Nim unchanged, we have completely redesigned the game’s graphical interface. The game now takes place in a universe made up of multiple planetary systems.
In the NimPlayer vs. Artificial Intelligence mode, the objective is to force your opponent to move all of their spaceships onto the LAST PLANET available. This position corresponds to defeat in the Misère variant of Nim, where the player who is forced to make the final move loses.
If NimPlayer wins, players witness the spectacular explosion of the galaxy, and the human player can start a new game from the beginning.
If, on the other hand, NimPlayer is forced to move all of its spaceships onto the LAST PLANET, victory goes to the human player. The achievement is then recorded in the Liberated Galaxies counter.
At that point, a new game begins and continues until either NimPlayer wins or the human player chooses to leave the game.
